Non-Polarizing Cube Beamsplitters
|
Non-Polarizing Cube Beamsplitters are formed from two right angle, 45° prisms permanently cemented together. They are designed for applications in which it is necessary to maintain the polarization characteristics of the incident beam. The hypotenuse is coated with an all dielectric, non-polarizing, partial reflection coating. An incident, unpolarized, monochromatic beam is divided into reflected and transmitted components with the specified intensity ratio. All entrance and exit surfaces are coated with a high efficiency, narrowband, anti-reflection coating.
