Human Resources Generalist: Rocky Mountain Instrument Company is a manufacturer

Job Duties/Responsibilities:
Responsible for the maintenance of all personnel files
Administration of COBRA and FMLA
Billing maintenance and renewal of all insurance and 401k plans
Recruitment, advertising, interviewing and review of applicants
Responsible for new hire orientations and terminations
Workers Compensation
Manage all Company functions and incentive programs
Will prepare and maintain performance evaluations and benefits applications
Skills/Requirements:
Must have a degree in Human Resources Administration or equivalent experience and certification.
2-3 years experience preferred
In-depth knowledge with applicable state and federal laws
Must have some supervisory experience
Excellent computer skills with Microsoft office
Any accounting or inventory management software, including MAS 200 is a plus
Good written and oral communication skills is a must

Entry Level Sales Representative:
Sales representatives are needed to join our growing team of sales engineers to sell thin-film coating and optics to a diverse customer base of research professionals, product developers and OEM customers. This position requires the ability to exhibit technical aptitude , strong communication and interpersonal skills, good follow-up techniques and high attention to detail. Requirements:
2-3 years of sales preferred. Experience with sales in the optical or technical field a bonus.
Enthusiasm, creativity and imagination are a must.
Some light travel to customer might be applicable.
Salary:
Competitive base plus commission package
There is no relocation expenses available for this position.
Optics quality control technician:
Quality Control technician/inspector of optical
components to be trained in the use of
test/measurement equipment for assuring material
is compliant with customer specifications. Must
have fine motor skills and keen eyesight with
ability to work in high-volume and fast-paced
environment. Background in optics manufacturing
and/or quality control inspection procedures and
techniques preferred.
Thin Film Coating Technician:
We are seeking entry-level applicants with an Associates
degree in Physics, E.E or other related science background
to operate a high vacuum chamber, perform thin films
coatings using electronic bean gun or resistance heater.
Candidate must be able to function effectively in high-
volume, fast-paced work environment.
Salary is commensurate with experience. Full medical benefits available.
